The Dynamic Processor DP8 is the first solution that combines perforation in the vertical and cross directions along with punching – all in one unit. “Dynamic” means the ability to change the punching, perforating or hole pattern from sheet to sheet. It is particularly interesting for transpromotional applications or personalized mailers. Coupons, payment slips and other elements can be integrated into practically any type of document, even those with forms that vary with each sheet.

A Web inspection system checks the quality and content of the printed pages. With the WI8 Web Inspection system you can check quality and content of the printing on each page in terms of colors, positions, contours, smearing, jetouts, data validation, etc. It is always possible to update it with new functions and extend it to a complete tracking solution.
The web de-dusting module PEM removes the dust from the paper webs. The PEM has two de-dusting heads for cleaning both sides of the paper web in continuous operation.
The combination of longitudinal and cross cut-out (module CS8) allows the user to produce full-bleed products.
The Bypass unit allows quick and easy diverting of the output to the inline saddle-stitching system or to the conveyor belt for stacked book blocks.
